Hello! My name is Tia and I’m a licensed Baltimore Based Braider. I specialize in all styles braid related. Combining creativity, technique, and many years in the hair care profession I make hair visions come true. I service Men, women, and children. Always accepting new clients and ready to make new connections. I’d like that thank all of you for your new and continued support! Please continue to read as some of my policy’s have changed. -When booking your appointment please be sure to add all services and add ons at the time of booking. This includes (but not limited to) maintenance add on such as shampoo , hair accessories, as well as added length. -A non-refundable deposit will now be required to secure your appointment. Styles $200 and under will require a $25 deposit. Any style over $200 will require a $50 deposit. Deposits can only be transferred to a different appointment once in case a reschedule has to happen. Deposits will not be refunded due to cancellations unless the cancellation is my fault. In the event that a service is needed that isn’t included in the booking I’ll do the service depending on my schedule for that day however any service provided that wasn’t apart of the initial booking will be accompanied with an additional $5 convenience fee along with original price of added service per service. Otherwise will be suggested as a part of your follow up appointment depending on urgency to have service done. - When coming to get your hair serviced please have hair as detangled as possible. And this is with or without a shampoo service. If you choose to shampoo your hair prior to your appointment. Please leave your hair completely clean free of all oils and leave in conditioners. I will do additional blow drying if necessary however there will be an added charge for detangling and extensive blow drying if process takes longer than 20 minutes due to hair not being detangled prior to your appointment. (See “Detangle Services” in service section). You may also add this service during booking if you’d like. - When adding hair accessories please be sure to reach out to me at least 24 hours before your appointment if specific bead colors or accessories are required for your desired look. If specific request aren’t brought to my attention by allotted time I’ll just provide what I have prepped n up - If you aren’t sure of what color hair is needed for your hair please provide pictures of your hair or desired color/look for best results - Please feel free to contact me at 4434669439 with any questions or concerns about appointments or services. All inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours. -There will be a 50% charge of appointed services that are canceled within 24 hours of appointment date and time. Communication is key so in the event that life happens and you need to cancel please let me know at your earliest convenience. - There’s an automatic 15min grace period for all appointments. If you’ll be later than that please let me know. After 30 mins you risk either a cancellation or $20 late fee. Circumstances considered. Thank you again!
